Impact On Life In Medieval europe
Impact
Seeing that the Europeans created such tales such as fire breathing dragons and knights like King Arthur (he was actually considered as an honorable knight, too), shows us that people had a rich culture in the Middle Ages. People lived in manors in the middle ages, but their imagination and storytelling grew to be much more. Because of dragons and their long legends fighting knights, we can understand that people in the middle ages valued knights for their bravery. The griffin was a symbol of strength for the people in the middle ages. The stag was a symbol of renewal and power. Legends such as Robin Hood and King Arthur taught the people to be brave, honest, and true to your word. Robin Hood, for example was an outlaw who stood up for what was right. Legends and mythical beasts teach us much about the great culture of the Middle Ages.
